Dorothy aged 79 in a plaid, short-sleeved shirt and jeans sitting on a wood log in front of a wood shed

Dorothy, August 1986

We are optimistically looking forward to the possibilities that 2021 is on track to make available to the Museum. We are also optimistic about what this next year holds for you, too.

Dorothy seemed to be a bit of a realist when it came to the future, once stating that “You just take life one day at a time. If it’s not something you want, it’s something you deserve.”

We see the wisdom in her statement, we all make choices and those choices impact what happens next. It’s our responsibility to use our best judgement and tools for reflection before making those choices. However, we are also bit more hopeful about what opportunities may wait for you and that you are on track to make good choices.

Wishing you the energy to keep moving forward, the wisdom to weigh the possibilities and the strength to make good choices in 2021.

Happy New Year!
