CALL TO ORDER called to order by Gil Knight @ 8:00
PRESENT: Gil Knight, Bill Tefft, Alyssa Nelson, Lisa Robbins, Sarah Levar, Bill Latady, Jess Edberg, Pam Meskan, Sherry Abts
ABSENT: Pam Brunfelt, Butch Diesslin, Barb Cary Hall, Sarah Foster
APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM LAST ANNUAL MEETING (Dec. 8, 2016)
After Jess Edberg reviewed minutes with board members a motion was made. MOTION- Bill Tefft made motion to approve these minutes. Pam Meskan, 2nd. Motion carried.
ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
Terms up for election are as follows:
• Blaine “Butch” Diesslin
• Barb Cary Hall
• Alyssa Nelson
All three of these board members wish to renew their terms of service. Proxy notices were sent by email & snail-mail to all DMM members. MOTION- Bill Latady made motion to accept this ballot and renew the terms of these three people. Bill Tefft, 2nd. Motion carried.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS for 2018
• President- Pam Brunfelt
• Vice President- Gil Knight
• Treasurer- Sarah Foster
• Secretary – Sherry Abts
This slate was presented to all at meeting tonight. Bill Tefft made motion to accept all these officers for New Year of 2018. Alyssa Nelson, 2nd. Motion carried.
OTHER BUSINESS OF THE FOUNDATION
No other business of the Foundation was discussed.
